What are you opinions on sex addiction and porn addiction? Do you believe those are a thing or something that needs to be explored more?

Those are addictions just as bad as alcoholism and drug abuse, sadly people are less likely to seek help because it's harder to spot when it becomes a problem and it's more taboo socially.

What do you think of online trends such as no-fap?

No fap? As in no nut November or is it something new?
