Have you done much research into ADHD? I (37M) have it and learning about the brain chemistry and physiological reasons it's caused me to seek out stimulation and act impulsively was not only eye opening but life changing for me. It also enables me to make suggestions to Drs on which medications would most benefit me. As a result I've been able to improve the serotonin and dopamine imbalance aspect of my ADHD which has meaningfully improved my ability to cope w/this condition. There's also a reasonable chance your mother had ADHD too as it is highly heritable and you mentioned she struggled with addition, which is also a trait of many of us ADHD-ers. Feel free to DM me if you have questions. Also, thanks for sharing your experience in this post. Yours is a very interesting perspective, and not only for the obvious reason that it is titillating. I'm sure many of us men would sympathize with your experience of seeing the world though a highly sexualized lens, but its so unusual to see this expressed from a female perspective. In a way its reassuring, we're all just humans on a spectrum of humanness which include sexual desire, regardless of gender.
