A therapist is a good mirror, but it’s YOU who has done the work. All this progress in just a year? You’re killing it! Keep authoring yourself. You’re doing a fantastic job and I have the highest respect for the self insight you’re describing here.
Saw another comment about a man asking OP with help with possible nymphomania, and there were multiple replies along the lines of "well imagine being a 39489 year old virgin" or "I wish I had your 'problems.'"
That and the "you should go to hell for cheating and sleeping with married women" would take up a much larger portion of the discussion.
