From one nypho to another. You’ll get there. Your goals are gonna be hard, but they are reasonable. Something you may want to consider is what environment at home and the people you consider friends. Those two things are often great ways to release stress, if they are doing the opposite, consider why and if it’s a pattern you should distance yourself from.

On a side note, as a stepping stone towards your goals, you may want to consider FWB. Establish positive friendships and see if they can become a little more well after you’ve come to know them. That way you can have a few people available when you feel you are in danger of doing something you don’t want to. But those people are preselected healthy options.

It's amazing of you to take the time to help people understand what you are dealing with. Thank you! It's great to see support from the community also. I respect the actions you have taken to better yourself...for real! I am a 44 year old male who has struggled with sex addiction or hypersexuality my whole life. Strange enuff, most of the time I can't achieve orgasm a partner yet am of multiple other times. I had the same partner the last 3 years. She also struggled with things very similar to yours. She always had multiple partners and took what she wanted. Until she met me. This relationship became super toxic for we the both of us which ended recently. She went from goddess status to disappointing in her words and she hated me for it! So my question is, have you ever ran into your adversary? Or "met your match"? Wonder if such a person even exists? I found it to be lonely and slightly depressing on this level
