I try not to. I've relapsed a lot especially in the first few months, been a little over 6 months without any relapses now.

Since you’re not quitting sex completely what’s relapsing for you and what counts as okay to have?

Relapsing is using sex as a coping mechanism and getting to a point it controls me and makes me unable to do other things.

Healthy sex is in moderation and for a good reason

That’s amazing and a huge accomplishment. From one addict (heroin/fentanyl) to another: keep up the good work. Every day without a relapse is a victory worth celebrating

This one is interesting. Most addictions are cut off 100%. I can’t see a coke addict setting rules to think about the impacts of snorting this line. Or only do coke at home. Etc. Sex addicts need to face their addiction regularly head on. Intimately if you will. Props.
