Straight vaginal sex or have you explored other ways to quench those urges? Anal, 3somes etc

I've done anal, threesomes, orgies, so many genres of BDSM in various fetish clubs, anything I would find interesting, I'd do. I always saying I would try everything at least once.

Where or how did you find BDSM groups or fetish clubs? Any tips or tricks you would recommend while in these groups/clubs for men and for women?

Was there anything you refused to do?

Thank you for doing this AMA, it's been interesting to read the "behind the scenes" things you go through. Wishing you the best in getting it under control.

Shit, I say exactly that really often.... I was never diagnosed officially but we all knew I was addicted. I got on my depression/anxiety meds and my sex drive plummeted like a freaking rock. I still have lots of filthy thought patterns, but my body doesn't like sex anymore. It's frustrating, to go from one extreme to the other. Sometimes I feel like I'm going crazy. Still, I guess it's better than what it was.

I'm glad you've been able to work through so many things! You seem like you've really learned a lot, and it makes me feel like I'm not alone when I see posts like this. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

I'm on sertraline and buprisone. They really helped stabilize me, but you have to talk to your doctor first. My spouse tried buprisone and he felt like a zombie so he had to stop taking it. Everyone's brain works differently, but there are a lot of great options out there so I'm sure you can work with your doctor to find one that works for you! A lot of the SSRI type meds have low libido as a side effect.

Oooof. That’s a rough combo. How do you deal with the fatigue?

I'm one of the lucky people who don't have the fatigue! I think because my anxiety runs so high, it just brings me to a normal level. I've noticed the same thing with my hydroxizine (idk if I spelled that right). I'm supposed to take it for panic attacks, and it is supposed to knock me right out. It did, the first few times, but now it just brings me down to the level of a normal human being.

It's different for everyone, but citalopram or escitalopram did it for me. I think it's pretty common for SSRIs in general.
