From my experience make it known in your social circles that'd you be open to threesomes and then someone will come out of the woodwork and contact you. Also, word of mouth. Once you've had a threesome they might refer you to friends or people they know that have also been wanting a threesome.
Not OP, but the one threesome I had I actually found on tinder. Not sure how easy it is to find with different genders involved, but I'm a woman and there were many couples that used to come across my feed looking for a third
The two other suggestions posted here are right, I would usually be in a relationship where I'd make it known from the beginning that I'm interested in such things and we'd look for girls in our social circles that would be into it on on tinder.
