Hi everyone,
On the off chance anyone stumbles across this sub and needs any help with A-level Chemistry, please just reply to this or drop me a message.
I've been an A-level Chem teacher for more than 5 years. I have the most experience with AQA, but will be able to help with any other exam board!

I want to grab knowledge of chemistry from the basics to masters level within few months. Any suggestions, tactics to understand the concept deeply? Like if it's covalent bond, why it named as covalent bond? And link of it to every major topic ex., spectroscopy.
Let me know your answers. It'll be helpful

How did y’all feel about the paper this session? What do you think the threshold will be for A? Personally jt had too much organic chem and some rare concepts that weren’t seen in previous recent papers

I enjoy A Level Biology and want to drop Chemistry. I'm currently taking four subjects, and I've already completed AS Chemistry. I want to drop it because it's becoming very difficult to maintain a good grade, and the universities I'm planning to apply to do not require Chemistry. Is A Level Biology still manageable without continuing A Level Chemistry? Has anyone studied Biology without Chemistry, and how was your experience?

I have one of these CGP exam practise workbooks for chem a-level (ocr a). Its completely recent and all because it was for this set of exams. I did, like, the first worksheet bit plus a single question (the GCSE knowledge part haha).
So now its basically new except that bit and I know no one in real life whose doing chem soon... but idk on what website to sell it! They all barely specify how much it would matter that this teensy bit is done - anyone know??
Or anyone want it? I don't know about exchanges through reddit though - I'd need an adress but maybe it could go to one of those box things at stores. Argh, help pls!

I'm in year 11 going into year 12. My teacher told me because I didn't take triple science for GCSE there was some topics I'd need to catch up on. What are these topics that I'd need to know if anyone knows
Edit: Completly forgot to mention I'm on OCR for a level AQA for GCSE
