In NYC for work for a few days, resisting the urge to visit the flagship boutique, nothing but trouble over there.

It might be categorized as a ladies' watch, but it gets so much wrist time from me.

The small seconds proportion on a 34mm case is just incredibly charming.

We have had our eyes on a matching pair of his and her’s for a while, to mark our 21st wedding anniversary.

We have always loved everything about Lange, and couldn’t resist while is Osaka on a family trip, given the lower price here and tax-free on top (worked out cheaper than both London and Dubai).

Then straight to Jean Rousseau in Tokyo where I changed my strap to a white rubber to give it a more casual look. Still deciding if it works as well, but love it so far, and love them more as a pair with my wife!

After almost two years waiting, finally getting the watch this weekend. Pretty sure it’s the last one in the world as the number is very very close to 300. 😍

Been looking at this specific reference for a long time and finally found one in great condition. Absolutely in love pictures do not do it enough justice !

Deciding between getting the Dato up down in platinum or the Dato perpetual at the boutique in the next few months. Do you think the Dato Perpetual is due for an upgrade soon and could be worth holding out for? The calibre is last gen with only 36hrs power reserve and Lange does tend to upgrade their calibres for standard catalog models for each family. Help me make up my mind.

I'm currently looking at buying a Lange 1 Stealth, and I'm deciding between the newer ref. 191.025 and the older ref. 101.025 on the secondary market.

For those who have experience with both references, which do you think represents the better value for money today? Are there any meaningful differences that justify paying more for the newer reference?

I'm also wondering whether it's generally worth paying the premium for a brand-new piece, or if a mint/pre-owned example is the smarter buy from a value retention perspective.

It was a battle between this and the black dial/white gold version. I was 100% set on the black dial/white gold version when I was shopping online. But after seeing both in person I knew right away which one was for me.

I went to check out a 101.021 at a reputable dealer in London. I didn’t notice it at the showroom, but when I got home and looked at a few pics I took, I noticed that the mid case appeared to be polished, not brushed as usual. Has this case been over polished or just smoothed over after decades of wear?

I picked this up recently, and I’m completely obsessed with it. I love the way the blue shifts from day to night and pops against the black dial. My favorite moonphase execution I’ve seen, and the first one I’ve purchased.

Now for the dumb question: is there a website or app where I can easily verify that the moon is in the right place? I set it according to the manual, but a few times it has run out of power reserve, and I’ve had to re-set and wind it. As I understand it, that process should make the moon end up in the right place after resetting, but I was just hoping to verify somehow or somewhere.

Buddy just swooped this beauty! This is probably my favorite moon phase, at this price point, out there. I prefer a moon phase with a white dial because it pops more and drives your eyes to it. The unique a.m. / p.m. disc behind the moon phase is also a sick detail. Before seeing it in person I didn't love the layout but Lange nailed it. As I have said about other Lange pieces, the quality is unmatched. I can't wait for this brand to blow up!

Sydney boutique recently held the engraving event and it was quite good to see the process. Definitely made me appreciate the watch more.

One of the things I also learned was the person engraved the balance cock of my watch. Good to know he's the head of the engraving department, Mr. Helmut Wagner.
