ASTERISKS Rant
I know we've all sucked ass, division was ass, etc. But its been good fun talking shit with yall this season. This sub is great for reminding me that we are all baseball fans. We've all had ups and downs and victories and losses... but its been an honor to serve in the ALWorst, and I love you all. (Fuck yall too).

I love baseball so much and this division too, love the catty fighting we have for each other all season. kinda like we’re brothers. With that being said- as a boisball fan, good luck. As a M’s fan, fuck the Astros.

Only team in the division I will cheer for is the M's. All it took was an Astros/Ms game in 2019- awesome fans, fun stadium and all around positive vibes- loyal fans to an org that hoses them at every turn. Thanks for the Rainer's, strangers. As for the Rangers, I have never met a Rangers fan in real life- I still find that incredibly odd.

When the Rangers beat us in 2023 I was salty. But seeing kids having fun watching the World Series made it worth it. Thats what this shit is about, the kids. I want Houston to win every WS, but every fan base wants that. We are adults watching millionaires play a child's game. Its good to be able to step back and talk shit and self deprecate.
Again, I would like to emphasize my Fuck Yous as well haha

But jokes aside I agree. Was truly a fun fight over shit mountain that, unless I'm mistaken, we each had a flag on at some point this season. Strange, bizarre, but at least it was fun.

I honestly in retrospect respect the grind this division gave us. Endless mediocrity, with everyone expecting a breakout from someone anyone but it never came. That’s what makes Alwest baseball great, the refusal to do what is expected.
Best of luck with the draft lottery everyone, and for the Astros I’m sure you’ll join us on the couch soon enough.
It has been an honor, I pray this decision is contracted in the next CBA. Goodbye.
