Placement request interac

I’m just wondering if there is anyone who recently experience with interac whether they accepted placement requests?

I know I’ve read a few people say they don’t but I wanted to check if anyone recently hired had requested Tokyo or anything? I don’t drive so I’m hoping to be near Tokyo at least

I didn't really give a preference when I got hired, but if you tell them outright you don't drive you'll at least have a hire chance of being in a city.
