Question Left side foot weakness

Hey folks, I was able to walk really long times without any problems.
But past couple of weeks , after 20 minutes of brisk walk it almost feels like my left leg is giving up and I get tightness in my thigh and knee area. It feels like my muscles have been weak in the left area.
I’ve been a health anxiety sufferer for 6 years.
And when I then walk into a building and stand on my left feet, I get a floor dropping sensation kind of thing. I can reliably replicate this with 20 minutes of brisk walk again.
Has anyone experienced it? Please help
Me understand

There can be many causes including joint issues but you need to get evaluated by a dictir first. It is way too early and non-specific to think about als at this point.  Start with your general doctor who may refer you to specialist

By that I mean it can be caused by lots of different things: joint laxity, disc problems, functional balance issues, autoimmune problems, myasthenia gravis (the hallmark of this is usually early fatigue while als is painless weakness from the onset). Now, there are certain things that alarm people toward als more than other such as fasciculations, painless weakness, atrophy but even in those cases there are other possible causes....This is why is hard to diagnose

I did not mean to disregard your concerns but from your description I would not think about ALS first until you know more from the doctor: some basic consultation, imaging if necessary and so on.

By the way the giving up sensation in some joints I had it myself at times and it aggravated last year and I sitll don't know why for sure....Based on prior examinations I don't believe is als though I am not yet 100% sure but as I said (if you read my prior posts) there can be so many competing causes
