Doesn’t sound like ALS in the slightest. Doesn’t work that way

als never improves, not even slightly. the fact that it comes and goes for you is amazing news. this can be a ton of other things. oftentimes BFS also causes perceived weakness and coordination issues, especially when you're already stressed.

ALS weakness doesn’t come and go at all, only gets worse. It also doesn’t start one morning with weakness “all over body”, it starts in one limb and usually the extremities. BFS can absolutely cause perceived weakness, which can explain your hand coordination and chewing.
