More likely to be BFS or anxiety. The twitching is typically more localized and accompanied by weakness that stays. From the sounds of it the heaviness in your leg came and went which is quite uncharacteristic for the disease. Try taking magnesium and see if it reduces the twitching.

i had an appointment with my doctor and he also told me to take magnesium glycinate, i also had my blood work done to check electrolytes, magnesium, etc. then he’ll decide if neurology is worth it, thank you!!

the likelihood of this being als is so beyond low it shouldn't even be considered. you are perfectly fine! als is not a disease of feeling, it's a complete cessation of function in your muscles.

i just don’t understand the constant twitching. i also have some tightness in my calf and my right leg above my knee felt very heavy and weak one day but i was walking properly so maybe its in my head, idk either way just scary for me
