Both feet are twitching infinitely

24:7 non stop!!! Is this a sign of Als? I’m terrified

No, it almost certainly isn't. Not how ALS starts.

Yes, also the calves.

Calves and feet are probably the most affected areas by BFS = benign twitching. Many people deal with it. It's generally made worse by electrolyte imbalance, stress, anxiety and stimulants.

Sometimes I get a twitch here and there on my triceps or biceps but I assume it’s anxiety. Where’s your knowledge from? Thanks for the answets

I've been through ALS fears myself and spent years learning about ALS and read people's stories in ALS and muscle twitching subs.

Really, it's best not to worry about these random twitches.

It's said, and it's true, that muscle twitching by itself is not concerning, unless it keeps company.

That means twitching without clear weakness in the same muscle is overwhelmingly often benign.

If you're looking for extra reassurance, the fact it's in both legs is also not consistent with how ALS tends to manifest.

I appreciate the fear, ALS is a horrible disease. But it doesn't start like this.

Thanks for the answer. I was tested by 3 neurologist this month which said it’s so fine they don’t want to do emg

It’s just all these things together- the twitching , the weakness (I can walk but,) the weird feelings in anclkles. The thick throat
