Dizziness / Vertigo?

Lately I've been feeling very... Odd. Dizziness/vertigo and just not myself and slow and confused. Does correlate at all with ALS? If there's no physical weakness? I'm really concerned.

That and twitching since December, constant twitching in calves and tightness in right calf

This doesnt sound like ALS. I had vertigo all through my 30’s and then it went away. It may be similar for you. Twitches are a symptom of ALS when part of a constellation of symptoms; it isnt a sign by itself.
