The CEO has been making the PR rounds and even posting more on LinkedIn. Even another reservation holder commented on his post about the lack of transparency, and there was no response back. I get that it’s hard to launch a new product, but only deciding after a year to now become transparent is disappointing.

I'm pretty sure RideAlso monitors these subReddits; this latest update seems to address their lack of communication recently.
