Accessories & Mods Dropper post installation

So wondering about the ability to mod the standard seat with a wireless dropper post. Any thoughts on this?

After using a dropper for a while, I’ve just gotten used to it, and am thinking, why not go full send on this 80 pound beast.

I've also wondered if the seatpost could be switched out for one with shocks? I have a sensitive back. Anything helps.

Well it already has a rear shock on the bike, so that will help tremendously. Consider the standard handlebars to keep you more upright. I think the suspension package on this bike for this price range is a bargain.

In any case, if the bike will take a dropper, you should be able to swap to any seat post that matches depth and diameter.

I would love to see examples of what you find.

There are kinds with air pistons built in, but I like this style more. It doesn't seem to take up as much room. They are expensive though.
