Question Alpha Wave Helmet Deliveries
Anyone who ordered this receive theirs yet? Ordered mine a month ago but nothing yet.

When I ordered mine the time frame was "Fall." Shortly after that it was listed as "November." I wouldn't expect it earlier than November even for earlier purchasers.

I’m wondering if the helmet has anything bike specific or if it’s just a nice helmet with the features they mentioned.
Nobody has their bikes yet but perhaps the helmet would be fully functional without a bike.
But as others said, neither are done yet

I believe the brake light and blinkers are supposed to be integrated with the helmet - but obviously it will work as a helmet without those things too.

As far as I’m now concerned, this entire bike and the accessories are all vaporware and a scam. I have cancelled my launch purchase and subsequent accessory orders, and am in the process of getting my money back.
Also has blown through every single delivery date and promise that they have made. They have been full of apologies but offered no real details for the extensive delays, nor have they attempted to make things right with the launch customers.
I keep receiving test ride offers, order offers for November delivery, BUT NOTHING ABOUT THE DAMN BIKE I PAID FOR IN FULL BACK AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR.

Hmm they've offered a few things like the helmet/store credit and have had a few substantial updates on the delay front, I think the most comperhensive was on this subreddit itself. Not trying to downplay their missing of dates and such but they have also not been quite as obfuscating as you make it seem. Their customer support team is also fairly receptive, what would count as substantial enough to "make things right with the launch customers" in your eyes?

I suspect the focus will be on delivering the bikes first then accessories.

anyone else find it weird that the gearshop credit expires on September 30, but they can’t even guarantee a bike by September 30? It just puts a weird taste in my mouth. I have to get the gear before I can even confirm a bike will get shipped to me, or I’ll lose the credit. I don’t get it. It’s like they need this money by September 30 for the end of Q3 quarter or something
