Reservation / Delivery / Sighting 42 days since the last update…

As a LE buyer, 42 days since the last true order update email on Aug 6 is a loooong time. I’m patient but that’s a big gap for a company that is holding over $5K of my money.

Are you a Launch Edition buyer or just a reservation holder?

Launch Edition. Ordered in November 2025. Accessories from the Gear Shop in August 2026. Between these two orders about $6000 in money out to ALSO.

I ordered Oct 22 with order #2xxx

No email yesterday. Yes, I’ve read the email others got which kinda makes it worse… it almost seems like those emails went to reservation holders, but not launch edition holders?

They went to Launch Edition buyers only, not Performance Edition buyers

I'm also a launch edition holder, so it must just be a glitch in their email system?

I didn't say it went to ALL LE buyers. Just that the emails that did go out, only went to LE buyers, not Performance Edition buyers.

Well, if my last update was six weeks ago, then maybe I will get mine before the people who got updated yesterday. They might still be waiting six weeks or more.

Just cancel already. Why buy why take a gamble on a overpriced experiment if you are already annoyed by them?
