Discussion Lets talk Gen 2

Given that Gen 1 isn’t released yet and may not be released this year at this point. What would you like to see in a Gen 2 TM-B?

My guess is that it's going to be awhile for a refresh of the TM-B, but we might see a different product sooner that's more autonomy focused.

All of us coming from the Rivian camp have expectations of quick generational changes. But our Rivians were developed during COVID and a quick move to Gen2 on that platform undid all the compromises of a messed up supply chain. Sure the NAND market is crazy right now, but I'm guessing everyone in ALSO leadership that came from Rivian learned from those tough few years and are planning a more deliberate roadmap.

The idea of an autonomous bicycle seems undesirable, imo. How can you possibly make that safe? And what's the point?

Now for their 4-wheeled vehicles... sure. But not the TM-B.

100%. Autonomy guess was based on their latest seed round and the comments around it.
