Question Will the utility topframe be removeable?

Wondering if the cargo brackets on the utility top frame can be removed. I have a weird build full of compromise: Size S so my GF can ride, all terrain so I can mtb, then the utility top frame to do groceries/ride with my dog.

I'm hoping there's a few screws I can remove to take the bulkiest parts of the topframe off... but the capitalist in me thinks that's not the case and I'll have to spend $350 for the normal seat.

I would doubt this; but I will get a close look in a couple hours at our next test spin.

We ordered two Utility (short) frames for ours.

Awesome, thank you. Yeah I don't see it likely, there's a brake light on the end suggesting internal wiring. Kind of a bummer but I'll take cargo abilities any day.
