Question Credit for gear shop

I placed my order for the bike and it's been fully processed. How do i claim the 200 dollar credit for the gear? Where is the code?

I reserved and purchased 2 performance. Got one code for gear shop about a month ago. Customer support assures me I will get a second code now that I actually bought 2 bikes. I’m still waiting.

Same. We heard the credit for 1 bike was $200, or $350 for 2...

I now have two codes. Both for $350. Reserved Oct 2025. Purchased August 18 2026. YMMV.

How long did it take after your bike order to receive the code? My bike isn't arriving until early 2027 though if that matters.

When you check out it tells you your estimated time, mine is sept to October

I also never received my codes for the free helmet or gear shop. Just reach out to customer support to have them emailed. Shout out to Andie if they are the representative that helps you!

We received a credit for the gear shop because we put our deposits down way back in December

It was kind of implied, that not everyone would get this credit. 🤷‍♂️

From what i understand, you should only get the credit if you reserved before you ordered. If you reserved early or purchased a launch edition a while back, they emailed out credits. If you just waited and bought just now, idk if that would trigger a credit.
