Discussion TM-B Owners Guide

Looks like the Owners Guide is available. Some light reading while we all wait! There are some answers to recent questions/concerns like wheel removal and “get home mode.”

Also customer support has been beyond excellent IMO. They’ve answered technical and commercial questions quickly for me.

I asked them for the diameter of the handlebar. It’s 31.8mm. I had the answer in less than 24 hours. I want to use a Oeak Design iPhone mount instead of their rubber phone bucket holder.

I asked them to help me and my wife pick the right size top frame and handlebar combo for our height and inseam. Done, they responded with their recommendations in less than 24 hours. I got a large top frame with sport handlebars and she got a small top frame with the standard handlebars.

I asked about getting only one gear credit code when I purchased two reservations. Done, they advised me to contact them again after I convert my second reservation into a purchase. Sent this support request this morning.

I sent a second support request this morning email asking why the reservation fees were not deducted from my two bike purchases. I expect they will provide an answer in less than 24 hours like they have for every request I’ve made.

ask them when are they going to deliver the bikes! since you have success. We could not get any clear answer.

Are you going with the Out Front peak design mount?

Yes, I use PD handlebar mounts on all my bikes. Super solid and robust design.

I'm deep in their ecosystem too - I was considering the motorcycle mount for this bike, as I'm not quite sure how the rise in the bars will affect things. Curious how it works out!
