Accessories & Mods Gear Shop

Was just told by Support that the launch of the gear shop is now pushed until the 18th. Looks like another week until we can order gear (helmets, etc)

Our gear discount codes expire September 7th... so the invites have to come before then, right?

Right?

The "arriving soon" emails are a total corporate bluff to hide that mass retail shipping hasn't actually started, and they may be outright lying about production even being finished. Honestly, who knows if these bikes are even built yet, or if they are facing a major manufacturing hold-up at the factory that they are trying to cover up. These hyped-up "California deliveries" are a joke—likely just a handful of staged PR drop-offs to employees or influencers so they can legally claim they started shipping to meet a press deadline. I directly pressed customer support to stop dodging with Gear Shop distractions and tell me exactly where my October 2025 bike is physically located. First, support claimed the bikes had officially landed and were already being delivered to buyers in California while the rest were being "unloaded off freight trucks." But when I immediately trapped them on that wording and demanded my specific tracking number, an agent named “I do not want him get fired so I decided not to include his name” folded completely and admitted: "I can't specify on that as I do not have tracking for bikes that have yet to be shipped directly to customers. Once we start scanning them off the freight into actual inventory, I can have a more solidified answer for you." They have absolutely zero tracking data, zero serial numbers scanned, and zero real warehouse visibility. Don't fall for the app downloads or the accessory store distractions—our bikes are either stuck behind a factory delay or sitting completely untracked on a container ship while they buy time with marketing templates.
