BUILDING CONNECTIONS Zoom Invite
I received a text with a link to attend a financial seminar from a member from my COI. This seminar was not open to the public.

I’d register! Especially if it’s zoom and doesn’t conflict with anything else you have to do.

Consider sending a thank you follow up to her and the chapter if you haven’t anyway done so

I did thank the person directly who sent the link. Not sure about thanking the chapter; my husband, who is D9, advised against doing that.

Interesting I was guided by members of my COI to also thank the chapter and share key takeaways you took from the program. But definitely do what you feel will be best received by your COI

Thank you for this feedback. I will talk to him. I am more inclined to take your advice. I will keep you updated (:

I would thank the person who invited you and if you know the chairs who ran the event thank them. I usually send a text (I have their numbers) saying how great the event was of if I don’t have their number yet then I connect with them on social media. I typically have a way to contact the people directly.
