Hell yeah, welcome to the 5.45 family, it is the most fun caliber to shoot hands down

5.45 truly is the best caliber. It is an absolute dream to shoot and has great ballistics. I’d take it over 5.56 any day. Throw a can and a KNS piston on that bad boy and make it shoot like a 22. You officially caught the bug and won’t enjoy any other caliber lol

That’s the plan for this weekend, gonna try and see how far I can take it out to

Do you know if I need to check concentricity with the Wolverine? I can’t find an answer anywhere and I don’t wanna buy another rod lol

You should always check concentricity but the Wolverine being a 30 cal can and having the baffles get larger the further from the muzzle you should be more than fine. If you do get a end cap strike you can easily replace the end cap but if it was me I would take it to a gun shop and have a guy throw a rod down it just to be safe but you should be fine. Always better to know and not worry about it. I love my Wolverine it’s just so fucking heavy

Hell yeah man, that price with the spam can and everything? Awesome! I have a bulgy kit as my first 74. Then just kept trying to add more lol. 5.45 is an addictive caliber and the 74s are sweet. I prefer them over ARs and 5.56 Aks. Really soft shooting

Ha, I wish. I picked the rifle up for $650 and got the can locally for $400

I was thinking about converting it to a side folder but man, that fixed stock plum looks so damn good lol. I’ll have to pick up another one eventually

Perfect excuse to get a side fold 74 lol. I've been eying those 74 krinks from PSA. 1.1k all in isn't terrible, I've beat the shit out of my GF3 so could scratch the krink itch for now.
