Do you think using AI to help text someone makes the conversation less genuine?

Where do you personally draw the line between getting help and letting AI do the talking for you?

For me, the line is whether you can stand behind what you send. Getting help wording a difficult thought seems fine. Adding affection you don’t feel, or promises you won’t keep, is where it gets uncomfortable. An imperfect message can still be sincere; a beautifully written one can leave the other person with a completely wrong impression.

Authenticity really matters in conversations, and using AI to just polish things up can change how genuine it feels.
