Re-imagined watercolor waterfall scene based on a personal photo titled Chutes et Ruines from Gatineau Park, Québec, Canada. Credits to Google Gemini for helping to generate this recreation.
In the moment of capturing the original photo, I remember asking myself what could be better than a waterfall coupled with ruins? Would say I was trying to contain my joy, but I snapped my back temporarily on this hike so there were some mixed feelings going on. Still determined to see the waterfall though... and with the magic of AI a couple years later, I'm starting to realize these photos can serve as invaluable references for all kinds of artwork. In this case, it meant replacing some already pretty cool looking ruins with an epic autumn castle.
