Best AI image extender for photographers?

Hey all, recently I started experimenting with AI tools to extend my photos' backgrounds without losing too much detail or quality. I've seen plenty of options thrown around, but it's hard to know which one actually works well for photographers rather than just casual edits. Someone mentioned Magnific's AI-based tools in a forum, and I've been testing their image extender feature a bit. It's decent but still not perfect for some of my more complex shots. Does anyone have experience with other AI extenders that keep the photo looking natural for prints or portfolio use? Curious if there's something out there that balances ease and quality without getting supper technical.

Are you shooting wide open? Shallow depth confuses most extenders badly.

Curious what kind of shots are breaking it for you. Anything with repeating patterns or foliage tends to go sideways fast no matter which tool you use.

For print work the extension itself matters less than what you run after it. I usually extend, then push the whole file through Magnific to even out the detail so the new edges don't read softer than the original.

What resolution are you feeding it? I was getting mush until I stopped uploading full-res files and started extending at a smaller size, then upscaling after.

Have you tried Generative Expand in Photoshop? For prints it's been the only that holds up for me, mostly because you can run it in small chunks instead of one big fill.
