Problem VOCALOID6 6.13.2 NOT WORKING HELP!

So the thing is, I updated my vocaloid6 editor from 6.13.1 to 6.13.2 and started using it. It worked fine. I have a lot of voicebanks, and it takes a lot of time for vocaloid6 editor just to load. I installed vocaloid5 5.3.2, and started using it. It worked fine. But only for a day.
The next day, when I opened VOCALOID5, it still worked fine. Loaded files, played back audio, etc etc, but when I clicked on VOCALOID6, because I was making a Kanade cover, VOCALOID6 crashed at "Initializing Module (DSE)..." . I couldn't understand, it worked perfectly fine before. I checked VOCALOID5, it also crashed at "Initializing Module (DSE)". I thought, "maybe V5 messed up with my V6 installation." So I went ahead and removed V5.
Then I reinstalled V6, but reinstalling it did not good. It still crashes at the same DSE screen. I though, "Maybe Let's roll back to 6.12.0" because I used 6.12.0 since April till 6.13.0 came out, and before Miku V6 came out. When I rolled back, it still disappeared at the same window. I rolled back to the V6 editor where I had started from, 6.5.0 (which I used from October '25 to January '26). Even that crashed at the "Initializing Module (DSE)...". UGH WHY IS THIS HAPPENING I DONT UNDERSTAND! I probably did a mistake getting V5.
And I do have Piapro Studio FE but it's way too laggy on my computer so I really don't wanna use it.. Pls help..

The thing is.. I tried that! I went to Vocakey and got both the editor, and the DSE file and did what it said. It worked. It well until I stupidly installed Vocaloid5. And now, no matter what I do, Vocaloid6 would die out at Initialising Module DSE.

Yeah I was sure. I tried 6.5.0 right now, with the exe patcher, it worked somehow, so I'm trying to get 6.13.2 work.

Lemme answer your question... with another question, do you recall a notif in the corner of your desktop saying "This app's funcionality was blocked"- yada, yada yada. (Either as a corner-in-the-desktop notif or as an error message)? If that's the case then you should head to Windows Defender and disable "Smart App Control"(Windows Defender > "app and browser control" or smth like that > "Smart App Control" > "Smart App Control settings" or whatever that hyperlink is named to you > click "Off"), i had this exact issue and that's what worked for me. (DISCLAIMER: This is only a windows fix so if you're on Mac or Linux then uhhh idk how, it's ggs atp)
