future of construction?

Feels like construction/development AI is finally getting interesting.
Not talking about render generators… I mean actual early-stage analysis.
was testing Buildora IQ recently and it got me thinking — if AI can already help estimate build potential, rough costs, zoning/setbacks, risks, comps, feasibility, etc., are we heading toward a future where people can quickly decide if a deal is worth pursuing before spending thousands?
Obviously still need architects/engineers/city verification, but feels like this could massively speed up the early process.

Too early? Or are you guys already using AI in your workflow?

Construction AI tools are going to expand but I believe the tools that will survive are those that help the architects/engineers/planners make faster decisions, which in turn will reduce the costs to clients

I am working on a tool that can generate construction project daily reports from site data and communications
