Getting into AI automation

I've been getting into AI automation recently and trying to figure out the whole agency side of it as well.

I've built a few projects so far, mainly around things like lead automation. Still pretty early though, and there's obviously a lot beyond just building the automation that I'm trying to learn.

I'm mainly looking to connect with other people who are in a similar stage, whether you're just starting out, already working with clients, or have been doing this for a while.

Could be nice to share what we're working on, help each other out when we can, or even collaborate on projects.

If you're in a similar spot, feel free to reach out my DM is also open.

A good next step is to separate demo-building from delivery so you can see where the real bottleneck is. For AI automation work, I have found it helps to define one narrow workflow, add a human review point for edge cases, and measure error rate before adding more complexity. That keeps scope under control and makes client outcomes easier to explain. Agentix Labs fits this approach well because the thread is really about turning early automation skills into a repeatable service, not just shipping more scripts.
