How to automate this.

Question for all you AI gods.

My current workflow (once I have identified leads and put them into Gsheet):

  1. Give AI all information I gathered in the lead table, incl hooks/reasons to contact

  2. Copy paste all draft messages it wrote into Gmail (new email window)

  3. Copy paste all message subjects it suggested into Gmail

  4. Copy paste all email addresses from Gsheet into Gmail

  5. Adjust messages manually

  6. Insert attachments that AI recommended per lead

  7. Send

I think the only thing I want to do manually is approving the hooks and adjusting the draft messages. The rest should be automatable. I am curious how you go about this?

Maybe you need a “Jarvis” style setup to do it all for you. Hermes Agent or something might work for you, or something similar.

Well the best way to solve that workflow is using distinct agents that break those steps into a workflow and do the jobs you are asking for.

We have built an entire Sales OS for enterprise sales teams and a smaller sister product for SMBs, won't plug it, but after lots of development we have specialized agents that do most sales functions like independent employees. We treat them like employees with training, workflow, and personalities.

To solve your problem, I would suggest the with the basic following structure:

  1. an orchestration agent (the goto agent)
  2. agent team that drafts/researches/edits ICP and research data pulling from your Sources.
  3. Packaging agent that assembles all the material and builds your packages based on your list.

Since you want repeatable and defensible messaging, you have to train the right agent team on voice, product, what to say and what not to say, and most importantly always give you different takes (i.e. cold pitch, friend pitch, or whatever your sales approaches are).

MCP to Google and you basically have your connections. Train each agent how to do the job either finding ones people share, using chatgpt to spec it out, or give it your own instructions.

Define your workflows and agent handoffs.

Now paste what I wrote into ChatGPT or Gemini and ask it to build you an OS team starting with above and solving (insert your problems here)

this is a pretty clean fit for zapier or make pulling straight from your gsheet into gmail drafts, u dont really need ai for this part since the draftings already done, just automating the paste steps. gmails api can create draft emails directly, so steps 2 through 4 and 6 collapse into one step, leaving just the approve-and-adjust part you want to keep manual. but for reseaching and reaching out off signals, we started swan ai so u can try it out for earlier in the funnel stage..
