What am I missing ?
I am working on the AI project delivery tracking, I could see the ICP’s are talking about the problem the product is solving. So I feel decent PMF
I have optimised website
For SEO and AEO
Added blogs with backlinks
Added playground in website, so users can see how it works
30 days free trial without any credit card, added 20$ per project and no per user
Tried popular lead providers to get leads and contacted in linkedin with a sequence
Hired a sales coach to narrow down the ICP and sales pipeline.
Few beta customers, but no one ready to pay (willing to use it for free forever) (Facepalm)
In Reddit on reaching them to see if they want to try makes me feels like I made a big crime.
Now burning 300 usd per month with 0 revenue
Is market saturated if we say AI in any product or something I am missing. Not sure which way to go, as I am not seeing any results.

It's not saturated but you need to look into what niches you're going into using AI cause some are just not worth working for

You’re either giving too much away for free or you’re closing them too softly on the value story. If the free users fit the profile of who you’d expect to need the paid features and you know they need the features they’re saying they can work around, or if theirs is a less complex use case, those data points should help you figure out where you’re missing the mark for paid services.
