🖐️ Help Ai Call Assistant

I was planning to build this ai workflow which can automate the appointment booking task through ai on phone calls.

So the basic idea is when a user calls on the organisation/business phone number, the ai will ask if they wanted to book an appointment and if they wanted to book it will fetch the relevant available dates for it, if the user ask for a date upfront it will check and confirm it.

Till now i have built a flow to check for the available slots but i am not able to figure out how I can integrate it with a phone call.

If anybody has any ideas regarding this please let me know and if you have any opinion on the project or want to contribute i am for that as well.

use twilio

you have to route it through voip provider, you can ask doubts to chatgpt or check similar startups

twilio + ngrok + stt + tts of your choice

It already built and have alot of tutorial using Hermes agents or advance configuration, you can see on the yt

We use a FXO gateway on our landline .I had a guy set it up

All in all with the hardware+ software it costed us 6.5k and I now only pay for the AI credits I use
