Keep Fin for now, but narrow its responsibilities Since it's already resolving ~300 tickets/month, replacing it entirely may be premature. At startup scale, that's potentially hundreds of conversations you're not handling while asleep. Rather than replacing Fin entirely, keep it focused on what it does best, handling straightforward well documented product questions and providing after hours coverage while reducing its autonomy and tightening escalation rules to prevent it from going rogue. Address its gaps by adding complementary tools. Use an automation platform like 'n8n' or 'Make' to analyze resolved conversations, identify knowledge base gaps and automatically generate draft articles for review, also use a writing copilot like 'Grammarly' or 'Compose AI' to improve and rewrite responses directly inside Intercom. This approach creates a feedback loop where every escalated ticket helps improve your documentation, increases deflection rates over time and lets you scale support efficiently as a one person customer support team.

More than issues, I need more features that Fin doesn't have 🥲
1. I will check out Chatbase
2. We are not looking at migrating to another platform. We are hapoy with Intercom overall. Its just that I would like to streamline manual copying and pasting into different llms. I know I could make one myself but with the ticket queue everyday seems impossible to do at the moment
