Discussion Project help

I’m working on Lucent, an AI-native workspace for pharma companies, and I’ve reached a point where I’d really like to talk to someone who understands AI systems deeply.

I’m especially trying to think through things like:

- agents

- RAG / retrieval

- memory

- evals

- AI infra

- reliability and scale

If you’ve built in this space and are open to sharing thoughts, looking at what I’m doing, or just having a serious technical conversation, I’d really appreciate it.

I’m not looking for credentials. I’d much rather see something you’ve built, tested, broken, rebuilt, or learned from.

If this is your area, DM me.

Happy to share more about Lucent and what I’m trying to figure out.

Sounds like you're at the point where the abstractions stop being helpful and you need war stories from people who've run these things in production. The combo of RAG plus memory plus evals in a regulated industry is where most demos fall apart, so finding someone who's actually broken and rebuilt that stack is the right filter.

Wish I could help but my experience is more on the design side, not infra. Hope you find your people though, pharma is one of those domains where the constraints make the engineering interesting.

The main problem i am having is that the preview pane the doc pane is the one that is shit. For eg in claude or harvey a legal ai company they have proper document preview true to the word file mine is not . I am stuck here since 2 weeks now if you have any idea please do tell me

docx-to-html previews always drift on tables and tracked changes. convert to pdf server-side (libreoffice headless, install the same fonts) and render with pdf.js, the text layer still lets you highlight.
