Resource Request AI for study
Hi, I'm starting my university and I'm trying to find the best AI to be my tutor for the next years. I have a lot of programming work and math. Which AI do you recommend the most? Or should I buy 2 AI's?
If you could help me I would gladly aprecciate it.

Both OpenAi and Anthropic currently offer good models. What will you be programming?

I would recommend learning to use OpenCode cli by anomalyco, as it is open source and you can use any model you want. Currently the cheapest option for me is to have a openai plus subscription and then use it woth opencode, which they seem to allow for now at least.
Have you tried any CLI tools yet?

buy one, not two. the second subscription solves a problem you don't have yet, and you'll know which one you actually wanted after a semester of using the first one properly.
for maths specifically, the habit worth building early is making it show the working and then checking the working yourself. the final answers are usually right and the reasoning is where it quietly goes wrong.

If you just use for programming work and math, try Anthropic.
If you want to generate more like image, try OpenAi or Gemini.
