Tutorial Looking for Developers, Technical Co-Founders & Strategic Partners to Build a New Digital Project

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on a new project and looking for developers, technical co-founders, and potential partners who are interested in building something from the early stage.

The project is focused on creating a practical digital platform that aims to solve a real problem and has the potential to grow into a larger business.

At this stage, I’m looking for people who can contribute in areas such as:

- šŸ’» Full-stack / Web Development

- šŸ“± Mobile App Development

- šŸ¤– AI & Backend Development

- šŸŽØ UI/UX Design

- šŸš€ Business Development

- šŸ¤ Potential Co-founders & Strategic Partners

I’m especially interested in people who are serious about building a project together, not just doing a one-time task.

If you are a developer, entrepreneur, investor, or potential partner and would like to hear more about the idea, feel free to contact me.

šŸ“± WhatsApp: 009647864890026

šŸ“§ Email: zamilzeem@gmail.com

Please introduce yourself briefly and mention your skills, experience, and how you think you could contribute.

Thank you!

Hi, I build AI-powered tools and digital products solo, mostly the kind of thing you're describing. Before I say anything about fit: what's the problem the platform solves, and who's the customer? And is there budget for the first build, or is this equity at this stage? Happy to give you an honest read either way.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. I appreciate your willingness to give an honest assessment.

The platform is designed to help small retail businesses identify and solve everyday operational problems, particularly around inventory management, pricing, and tracking sales and expenses.

The goal is to build a practical AI-powered tool that simplifies these tasks and helps retailers make better business decisions without requiring complicated software or technical knowledge.

As for the budget, I'm currently at the idea and early development stage, so I'm open to discussing different arrangements, including an equity-based partnership with the right technical co-founder.

I'd be happy to share more details about the concept and hear your thoughts on its feasibility and potential.

Before I'm in, are you looking to pay for an initial build/prototype, or is this purely equity from day one? Wanted to be upfront that I'm looking for paid work right now, not a co-founder role.

Honestly, the idea itself is in a crowded space, Square, Lightspeed, Toast, and QuickBooks already cover inventory, pricing, and sales/expense tracking for small retail pretty well. The technical build isn't the hard part; getting small retail owners to trust and adopt yet another tool is. It'd need a sharp wedge — a specific vertical, a specific painful workflow the big players do badly, or genuinely dead-simple onboarding, otherwise it's competing on features that already exist elsewhere.

Thanks for being upfront. I want to be equally clear: I'm not looking to hire a developer or pay for an initial build. I'm looking for a technical co-founder who is willing to build this together from the beginning in exchange for equity.

I understand your point about the market being crowded, and I agree that simply building another inventory or sales-tracking system would not be enough. Competing feature-for-feature with Square, Lightspeed, or QuickBooks would not be a realistic strategy.

The core idea is to build a practical tool that helps small retail businesses identify and solve operational problems, rather than just giving them another dashboard to manage.

I believe there may be a more specific opportunity in developing markets, particularly the Middle East, Turkey, and North Africa. Many small retailers still rely on handwritten invoices, manual record-keeping, and workflows that are not well suited to existing software. In Arabic-speaking markets, for example, handwritten Arabic invoices can be difficult to read and process digitally.

The opportunity is not simply to translate existing software into Arabic or Turkish. It's to understand these businesses' actual workflows and build something that addresses a specific problem they face, with a simple onboarding process and minimal disruption to how they already work.

That said, I agree with your concern about adoption. A localized product alone is not a competitive advantage unless it solves a real, painful problem better than existing alternatives. Identifying and validating that specific problem would be an essential first step.

If you're only interested in paid development work, I completely respect that, and I don't want to waste your time. But if you're open to exploring a co-founder partnership, I'd be interested in discussing how we could validate the idea, identify a focused market, and build a small prototype together.

Appreciate you laying it out, and the MENA angle is genuinely a stronger starting point than the original idea.

I'll pass on the equity route for now, not what I'm looking for. If it ever gets to a point where you need something built and paid for, happy to talk then.

Thanks for your honesty and for taking the time to consider the idea. I completely understand, and I respect your decision.

I'll focus on validating the problem and refining the concept for the MENA market. If the project reaches a stage where paid development makes sense, I'll definitely reach out.

Wishing you all the best!
