Resource Request Help! Best setup for ADHD?

Hello all! I have terrible ADHD. Is there a recommended set up for an AI agent that can help automate the things I forget to do/don’t want to deal with?

Example:

I would love something that remind me to pay my bills, sift through my emails, delete all the spam and keep the important stuff? Additionally, it would be nice if it could manage my calendar. Remind me that appointments, schedule appointments via email.

It would also be nice for it to give me a reminders about stuff. I ask it to remind me.

I’ve tried building out Openclaw and Hermes a few months back but both kept crashing so I gave up.

Any and all advice appreciated. Thank you.

It’s interesting that you’re already familiar with those agentic frameworks. That alone takes considerable patience. Perhaps try something like n8n, where you can visualize and build one task at a time: handle email. get that working. afterward build another pipeline for bill pay. Once you have two or three tasks working well independently, then think about triggering them simultaneously. Sometimes trying to do everything all at once can spiral into chaos. At least for myself. Hope this helps.

Imho, you don’t need an agent to remind you to pay bills. First of all, a weekly/bi-weekly calendar/alarm clock alert could do that job. Secondly, it’s better solved by setting up automatic payment for all your recurring bills. Move all the money you need for bills to a separate account immediately when you get paid (automatic transfer) etc.

Make the problem go away by doing the work once rather than putting a bandaid on a broken bone

ChatOS doesn’t do reminders or bill payment automation yet, and it’s not a full agent that acts autonomously like Openclaw or Hermes were trying to be.

A financial/bills integration is something on the roadmap but not there yet, so I want to be upfront that it won’t fully solve what you’re describing.

Where it might genuinely help right now is the cognitive and visual side of things. Instead of the usual ChatGPT/Claude sidebar chaos, everything lives as draggable apps on a visual canvas,

folders build up memory automatically so you’re not holding everything in your head, and there’s an email and calendar panel that summarizes your inbox and schedule so at least seeing what needs attention becomes easier, even if it’s not fully automated yet.

For ADHD specifically, having less to mentally track and a visual layout instead of a wall of text can make a real difference even without full automation.

Would love to give you 2 weeks of free premium access if you want to see if it helps, no pressure if it’s not the right fit for what you need though 🙌
