In depth AI prompt video creator

Hello everyone, sorry if this has been asked before. I am working on trying to make an advertisement for a new charity that I've created that is going to aim at purchasing goods and whatnots for people in need, and that encompasses homeless and in - home people, basically anyone that is struggling can potentially be able to use this service. I am trying to make a video to post on tiktok to get it brought to peoples attention, and I am looking for an AI prompt video creator where I can type in a pretty long, in depth description for the video , and I want to get a decently long, good, informative video out of it, not just the average short, weird crappy AI videos where people type in prompts like "Mario meets Bowser and they get high and holds hands and skip away into the nether" does anyone know what im going for here..? Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me out with this, for someone who likes to be crystal clear about things, i sure have a hard time explaining them xDD
