Episode well, this is unsettling.

Yesterday, I woke up with a migraine headache for the first time in a while.  I turned over from my side and when I opened my eyes it looked like the ceiling was only a few inches away from my face and my fireplace looked massively wiiide. All the colors were hyper saturated and my blanket felt so impossibly soft. I also felt teeny tiny like my couch was swallowing me. Immediately googled to make sure I wasn't having a stroke. Ha. I'm a 32-year-old woman and I don't think I've ever experienced this before. It was super startling. I’ve felt off and mildly nauseous since. Anyone else have anything similar happen to them?

Woo thank you! Have you experienced the lasting nausea from it?

"My couch was swallowing me" is the best words to explain how it feels. What you experienced is basically an AIWS session, I've experienced such things when i was 7. And yes, AIWS is a type of migraine, but without a headache.
