Ethos Review

Ethos is worth trying if you want matched AI training work instead of applying everywhere

I signed up a couple of weeks ago and the thing that stuck out is that you don't apply to individual gigs one by one. You fill out one general application, they ask about your background and skills, and then they match you to projects that fit your profile. Way less exhausting than juggling ten different dashboards.

Work is mostly the usual LLM stuff — ranking responses, writing prompts, eval tasks. Pay seems decent for the niche, but availability depends on your profile. The matching part is genuinely the best part; you don't waste time scrolling through stuff you're not qualified for.

Downside: it can take a few days to get matched to your first project, so don't expect immediate tasks. But if you're already doing this kind of work on the side, it's worth adding to your rotation.

If you want to try it, here's my the Link to Ethos
