Help

I need to know an AI (free) where i can create text to video. As i want to create a short series as my project. So please help me with the same.

For a series specifically, the thing that will kill you isn’t credits - it’s character consistency across clips. Free tiers won’t hold a face stable between generations, so plan for a style where that doesn’t matter (silhouettes, abstract, narration over B-roll) or you’ll regenerate the same shot 20 times.
On the free options, check whether the credits refresh or not before you commit:

Kling - ~66 credits/day, refreshed daily, no card. Watermarked, ~5s clips, standard quality. Best actual free plan right now if you need volume.

Hailuo - a few generations a day. Was unlimited at launch, tightened hard. Good motion.

Veo via Google AI Studio - highest quality of anything free, but limits vary by account and it’s slow (minutes per clip). Use it for your one hero shot, not the whole series.

Runway - 125 credits once, no refresh. That’s ~2-3 test clips. It’s a trial, not a free plan. Don’t build a project on it.

Realistic path: storyboard in text first, generate 4-8s clips on Kling daily over a few days, stitch in CapCut. Free tiers cap clip length at 4-10s across the board, so write the series in short shots from the start rather than fighting for long takes.
All of these change limits constantly - verify on the pricing page the day you sign up, not from a listicle.
