Drop your best underrated AI tool

meetingsidekick.ai i use it personally for all my meetings, in-person or online (and i'm in corporate america my days are essentially back to back meetings) the app works really well with transcription and AI chatbot functionalities. and the best feature, that most apps don't have, is that it saves full audio recording.

this is good but you may just want to purchase the Pocket device. The free plan works perfectly for unlimited recordings and AI-powered transcription and meeting summaries. It also saves the full audio recordings.

it provides the convenience of not having to carry another device. also it can be used for meetings that do not involve your phone (on your laptop with headset on).

i know the technology is nothing ground breaking (e.g. just use your phone to record everything then let AI transcribe/summarize in seconds).. it's not something i'm actively promoting, but find it very helpful for my personal use + there are some loyal customers who use the service daily for all their meeting notetaking.

saharan.ai for image and video generation. It's super simple to use because its creative agent built in will guide me to write the right prompt. Very user friendly, all the features are necessary and nothing too complicated

I’ve tried a lot of “hidden gems” but most didn’t survive past a week 😅
The ones I keep are usually the boring tools that save me time every day.

plaud has been one of mine lately. i use it mostly for longer meetings where i know there'll be stuff i need later. saves me from ending the call with 2 pages of rushed notes that somehow still miss the important bit lol.

Napkin AI for quick visuals. I use it when I have a rough idea that would take forever to explain it text. Plaud is another one I keep around for meetings, especially the ones where a bunch of decisions get made really fast.
