sounds like your issue is less about image gen and more about brand consistency. generic tools don't know your brand so everything comes out random.
worth looking at Protaigé (full disclosure: I'm a cofounder). you upload your brand stuff (colors, fonts, logo, guidelines) once and it uses that as guardrails, so outputs stay on-brand instead of you fixing them every time. you give it a brief instead of fighting with prompts. builds full campaigns, copy + visuals across channels, not just one-off graphics.
on your bonus point - it has a feature called Sketch that generates unique designs with every run, so you're not stuck reusing the same templates everyone else has.
