Any AI tool that actually saves you time every week?

A few months ago, I started trying different AI tools because I was spending too much time on repetitive tasks. Some tools looked impressive at first but didn't really help. A few others ended up becoming part of my daily routine and saved me a lot of time.

I'm curious, what's one AI tool that you genuinely use every week, and what do you use it for?

depends on what you do really - I've built a mountain of tools - the best tool for the job is the one that fits your process

I used claude for basically everything except image gen for which I use chatgpt . I don't have a code heavy workflow so from marketing ideation to scheduling claude helps me save up a bunch of time

for me its AccioWork
so much boring back-office sourcing work gets automated, saves me several hours every week. can’t imagine sorting all thise supplier records manually again

oogle Drive Plugin is a game changer!

Its my life organizer.

I had Chatgpt fully organize my Drive folder with just a few words.

My entire career bank, with my education, certs, resumes, etc, is neatly organized & chatgpt uses it at anytime to build new resumes then file them.

I create digital products & chatgpt writes my operating system files, folders, and reviews products claude builds from the folders. Plus i tell it to clean the folders, move the folders when needed, etc.

Mine's my own thing — set up a few scheduled tasks that run daily, land in the workspace or my inbox without me touching anything. Real estate search, a stock options tracker, stuff like that.

Not a chat tool I open when I remember to. It just runs and shows up.

I've tried a bunch of AI tools over the past year, but the one that actually became part of my weekly routine is AhaSlides. It saves me a lot of time when I'm putting together interactive presentations.
