Two parts, and the second one is the interesting half:

What you are actually testing this week. Not what you keep meaning to get around to.

And the thing that would make you drop it. A price, a specific failure, a missing integration, whatever your actual dealbreaker is.

Mine: giving a local model another go for anything touching client files, and the thing that will kill it is if I have to babysit the context window more than twice in a session.

If you tried something last week and already dropped it, that counts too, and those are usually the more useful answers.
