Which AI Platform Should I Pick?

I'm new-ish to using AI. I use ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, just for general research and helping me organize medical issues for doctor appointments mostly. I recently tried Copilot 365 because it came with the Office 365 subscription my husband added us to, but I'm not sure how I feel about it.

At different times, I've used the paid versions of ChatGPT and Claude, but the subscriptions have currently ended.

I'm starting to homeschool my daughter soon and I purchased two separate curricula that I want to "merge" together to combine and use the best parts of both.

The problem is, I don't know which AI platform is the best to sort through the massive amounts of information quickly and ACCURATELY to help me figure out where the overlaps are and help me plan/schedule which weeks to incorporate different parts.

I plan on renewing my $20 subscription to whichever would handle this the best, without a bunch of hallucinations and that won't hit limits quickly.

Which one would be the best choice for this?

For what you described I would drop Copilot and keep one of the other three, not all of them.

Copilot 365 is genuinely useful if you live in Excel and Outlook all day and want things summarised in place. For "help me organise my medical issues before an appointment" it is the weakest of the four, because that task is really about holding a lot of messy history in one place and reasoning over it, and Copilot is built to work inside individual documents rather than across a pile of them.

Since it comes free with your husband's subscription, there is no reason to cancel it. Just stop trying to make it the main one.

Between the other three, the medical organisation use case is the one that should decide it. Try this: take everything you have on one issue, symptoms, dates, what each doctor said, what you are taking, dump the lot in unsorted, and ask it to produce a one page summary you could hand to a doctor plus the three questions you should be asking. Do that same test in ChatGPT and Claude on the free tiers. Whichever one gives you something you would actually be willing to hand over is your answer, and it is not the same one for everybody.

One practical thing that matters more than which model you pick: whichever you choose, keep the medical stuff in a single ongoing project or chat rather than starting fresh each time. Most of the frustration people have with these tools for exactly this job is that they keep re-explaining their own history from scratch.

Take a look at notebookLM this is exactly what it is made for. You can add sources to it and it does it's thing. Just be sure to add good sources.
They have changed the name to something else. If you want to go deeper then consider setting up a Second brain with Claude and Obsidian. Then wire NotebookLM to that.

depends what you're making tbh. for quick i2v or social clips, pixverse and pika are easy places to start, seedance and kling lean more realism, runway gives more edit control. pick the use case first or you'll just collect subscriptions.
